Here is what you can expect...
Over our six month commitment, I will formulate a comprehensive plan of action based specifically from your interpreted functional laboratory results, to include personalized nutrition counseling & supplement recommendations, formulate an exercise plan that meets your current fitness level, and work to create lifestyle modifications that will help you reset, recharge and have you functioning at your optimal self!
Step 1: Apply
Once you complete the application, you will be redirected to my calendar to book a short 15 minute video call with me. This call helps both of us to identify what your current health struggles are, and how I can best serve your needs. From there, we will discuss the next step for moving forward.Apply Here!
Step 2: Case Review
This step is critical in moving forward with the right tools to help you meet your goals. I will set up an intensive 60 minute deep-dive with you into your past and current medical history with a health intake form. We will discuss and evaluate your current lifestyle habits, including nutrition and exercise. We will try to create a road map to determine not only where you've been, but start to gather information to begin making changes. After your case review is complete, we will then decide how my 5/M Method can get you started on your new path!
Step 3: You're IN!
Once we've finalized the details, we start the process of healing.
- Get your Healthie account set up (online portal to keep track of progress/notes/labs)
- Evaluation of interpreted Functional laboratory results
- Personalized nutritional & supplement plan
- Daily movement goals
- Mindset work to help you gain insight into self limiting beliefs that have previously held back your success
- Begin implementing stress management techniques for improved focus and health
- Meet 3 times each month for private 30 minute accountability calls
- Set up access to me between our calls, through the Healthie portal, and my email account
