 I'm a Physician Assistant, Health and Wellness Expert, Mom of 2, and a Cancer Survivor.  


I have been working in the traditional health care setting for more than 17 years.  I earned my Bachelor's in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida, as well as a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies through the University of Florida's College of Medicine in 2005.

I grew up in Southwest Florida, but now reside in Hilton Head, SC with my husband Chad, and our two kids Colton and Kennedy. You will usually find me walking the beach, biking with my crew, or in a quiet corner on the porch snuggled up with a good book!

Being a cancer survivor forced me to pay attention to the importance of TOTAL Health, encompassing both physical & mental.

I wasn't always the picture of health.

It all started when I was diagnosed with Stage 2A Cervical Cancer in 2018...

I was an otherwise over-scheduled, working mom of two young children, who had just been delivered some VERY unexpected news. My treatment plan included a total hysterectomy with lymph node resection, all before my 40th birthday.  I subsequently developed lymphedema, had to have a few follow up procedures to check for recurrence, and found myself overworked and more stressed than ever before.  

During my recovery,

everything started to change...


I always thought I ate "well", and exercised "enough", but my new diagnosis had me questioning everything.  I dove into research focusing on organic nutrition, and the importance of a healthy gut.  I learned the value of positive mindset work, stress management, and daily fitness.  I knew things needed to change if I was to heal my body from the cancer and surgical trauma, raise my kids, and run a household smoothly.  My focus shifted from trying to fight the stress, fatigue and exhaustion, to creating new habits and routines that helped me feel energized, well-rested and finally in control of my day.  

My 5-M Method


 The methods I used took me from stressed, tired and unwell, to energized, vibrant, and healthy!  I have simplified the process of living well, and created the 5-M Method to put my clients back in control of their health. Through editing & simplifying their nutrition,  personalizing daily movement, and working through limiting beliefs, we push past the roadblocks that previously kept my clients from reaching their goals.
